Infiltrating the Hidden Stone Village!!

A heart stone is supposed to represent will, yet Ōnoki built soldiers whose wills were acceptable only while they served his plan. The contradiction is not abstract. Kū's rebellion grows inside the life his creator rationed.

The Heart Stone

Boruto searches for his heart stone beside Sekki, a Stone genin trying to honor his grandmother. Both boys fail until they stop treating the stone as a prize somebody else can define for them.

Kakō confronts Boruto with Particle Style and the belief that combat is the sensation proving he is alive. Shikadai slips through the occupied Stone to send Konoha evidence of the coup.

Kakō's joy is tragic because violence is the clearest feeling his design allowed him. The episode does not need to deny that pleasure to condemn the adults who made battle his only route to personhood.

Clash, Kokuyou!!

Kū's forces occupy the Hidden Stone and reject Ōnoki's authority. Shikadai frees Boruto and Sarada, then Team 10 stays behind to fight Kokuyō while Team 7 races toward Mitsuki.

Ohnoki's Will

Kū returns to attack Boruto while Mitsuki and Sarada join the fight. Ōnoki reaches the battlefield and uses his remaining strength to stop the creation born from his own plan.

Ōnoki's final will is accountability through action, not a clean erasure of responsibility. He saves the village and dies after endangering it. Heroism in the last minute does not make the earlier secrecy harmless.

A New Ordinary

Boruto, Sarada, and Mitsuki return to Konoha, where Mitsuki is isolated for questioning and the other two lose genin status for leaving without permission. The Hidden Stone begins repairing after Ōnoki's death and the Fabrication revolt.

Jugo and the Cursed Mark

Boruto and Sarada discover Jūgo transformed by the curse mark he was born carrying. After Konohamaru and Mitsuki help restrain him, the team learns he has been absorbing the infection from birds and risking another loss of control.

Puppets

Team 7, Katasuke, and Chamaru locate advanced puppets near the airship crash and disable them with scientific tools. They find Konohamaru and Mugino, then face Ao as he reveals his allegiance to Kara.

Puppets make the battlefield look mechanical while human decisions still direct it. Ao is not controlled by a string. His trauma and dependence explain recruitment, but he chooses to point the weapons at people who came to save their teammates.

Tools

Mugino sacrifices himself to let the others escape Ao, and Katasuke admits Kara used genjutsu to extract his research. Kashin Koji confronts Ao afterward, testing whether the former shinobi remains useful to the organization.

The episode calls everyone a tool and then asks who gets to decide the hand holding it. Mugino spends his life to protect the team. Kara treats Ao's survival as equipment on probation. Those are not morally identical uses of sacrifice.

How You Use It

Team 7 returns to fight Ao with coordinated attacks and scientific tools. Boruto rejects Ao's claim that technology erased his shinobi identity and defeats him by choosing how each tool serves the mission.

How you use it is almost the whole argument. Boruto's own hands, training, teammates, and equipment work together. Ao's tragedy is not prosthetic enhancement. It is surrendering judgment to an employer who values him only while he functions.

Karma

Kashin Koji traps the group and battles Konohamaru with a Rasengan of his own. When Koji's flames threaten to kill Konohamaru, Boruto's Karma activates and absorbs the technique.

Karma saves a life before anyone understands what it is doing to Boruto's body. That is how dangerous power secures emotional permission. The mark becomes easier to accept because its first undeniable public use looks heroic.

The Awakening

After Koji withdraws, Team 7 finds an unconscious boy bearing a mark like Boruto's. Kawaki wakes hostile, names the mark Karma, and assumes the Konoha group has come to return him to Kara.

The awakening is not the mysterious boy becoming dangerous. It is a survivor recognizing the conditions of capture everywhere. Kawaki's aggression is maladaptive in Konoha and rational in the world that trained it.

Resonance

Kara Outer Garō attacks Kawaki using a heavily modified body. Exhausted and cornered, Kawaki activates Karma, which resonates with Boruto's mark and releases power that terrifies everyone watching.

Resonance links the boys before trust exists. Garō calls Kawaki property and experiences his body as company hardware. Kawaki's violence answers years of dehumanization, but power alone cannot teach him what freedom should feel like.

Escape

Kawaki is treated at the research institute while Sumire offers care he reads as another attempt at control. He escapes as Naruto travels to question him about Kara.

Escape is a survival reflex before it is a plan. Sumire understands weaponized childhood, yet shared trauma does not grant instant access to Kawaki. Care remains ethical when it survives his refusal.

A Stray Dog

Injured and hungry, Kawaki reaches town and encounters a stray dog while Sumire and Nue track him. Sumire explains her own history with Root and the choice she made after being raised as a weapon.

The stray dog comparison is blunt and useful. Kawaki recognizes hunger and fear faster than kindness because fear has predictable rules. Sumire offers testimony, not a demand that identical wounds produce identical recovery.

The Past

Kawaki relives childhood abuse by his father, who sells him to Jigen. Kara's Karma experiments kill other children while Kawaki survives the process and becomes the vessel.

The past removes every excuse to call Kawaki naturally difficult. His body was purchased, tortured, and evaluated for occupancy. Survival protected him from death and delivered him into longer exploitation.

Coexistence

The Five Kage agree that Konoha will hold Kawaki under Naruto's direct supervision. Naruto brings him home, where Boruto's matching Karma and immediate hostility make coexistence feel impossible.

Calling the arrangement coexistence does not make the power equal. Kawaki is a monitored political asset living in the Hokage's house. Naruto can offer warmth, but he also controls whether the boy may leave.

The Uzumaki Household

Kawaki begins living with the Uzumaki family and breaks the vase Himawari made for Hinata. Boruto remains furious while Kawaki proposes that the two Karma bearers cooperate to remove their marks.

Monsters

Delta attacks, and Naruto confronts her while shielding Boruto, Himawari, and Kawaki. Both fighters reveal enormous modified power as Kawaki warns that Kara's Inners are monsters.

“Monsters” describes capability and the fear Kara engineered around it. Naruto's power protects a family; Delta's body enforces ownership. The difference is purpose, although the children under the blast radius still experience two terrifying adults.

Overload

Apprentice

Kawaki receives a prosthetic arm powered continuously by Naruto's chakra and asks the Hokage to teach him ninjutsu. Jigen learns that Boruto also carries Karma and recognizes a development useful to his vessel plan.

The apprentice relationship gives Kawaki a model of power shared with consent. Naruto's chakra literally keeps the arm working, which is intimate and risky. Mentorship should expand Kawaki's autonomy, not make gratitude another chain.

Empty Tears

Kawaki repairs Himawari's vase beside a sleeping Naruto when Kurama appears and describes Naruto's lonely childhood. Recognizing himself in that history, Kawaki commits to helping Boruto defeat Jigen and remove Karma.

The tears are empty only because Kawaki has spent years treating feeling as a threat. Kurama offers the story of a boy who changed without being born good at trust. Hope becomes credible because Naruto's life included failure, rage, and people who stayed.

The Cult

Sasuke investigates an Ōtsutsuki dimension containing symbols, a Ten-Tails, and evidence about Jigen's true scale. Boro meanwhile preaches salvation through Infinite Tsukuyomi to followers seeking relief.

The cult sells permanent illusion as compassion to people whose real suffering has not been answered. Kara recruits through despair as efficiently as it recruits through technology. A false heaven remains exploitation when the preacher controls the exit.

Surprise Attack...!!

Jigen emerges through Kawaki's Karma inside the Uzumaki home and attempts to reclaim him. Naruto intervenes, turning a domestic room into the opening of a direct battle with Kara's leader.

The surprise attack proves Kawaki's fear that safety can be breached through his own body. Naruto fights as Hokage and guardian, but protection cannot stop Jigen from making the child feel like a door everyone else must fear.

He's Bad News

Jigen drags Naruto into another dimension, where Sasuke joins him after uncovering the enemy's shrinking technique and Ōtsutsuki identity. Their combined power fails against a vessel already cracking under Isshiki's strength.

“Bad news” is professional understatement from a man who understands the battlefield. Naruto and Sasuke are still extraordinary, and the defeat matters because competence does not guarantee control when the opponent's mechanism remains partially hidden.

Proof

Shikamaru confines Kawaki inside a barrier after Naruto disappears, unwilling to dismiss the possibility that the boy remains Kara's spy. Kawaki uses the prosthetic arm's chakra link to locate Naruto despite Boruto's anger at the suspicion.

Kawaki has to prove loyalty while the village benefits from treating him as evidence and threat. Shikamaru's caution is defensible; collective fear is not proof. The arm provides a relationship-based fact stronger than anybody's assumption.

The New Team Seven

Boruto and Kawaki use Karma to carry Sarada and Mitsuki into the dimension holding Naruto. Boro's virus disables them until Mitsuki identifies it, and the four form a new Team 7 under Sarada's command.

Momoshiki Manifestation

An enraged Boro overwhelms the team and knocks Boruto unconscious. Momoshiki takes control of Boruto's body, destroys Boro, and leaves the others terrified by power their teammate cannot remember using.

The Outcast

Konohamaru and Sai infiltrate Boro's religious organization after learning he recruited followers with promises of Infinite Tsukuyomi salvation. A woman waiting for her selected brother exposes how the cult severs family ties behind spiritual language.

Clues to Kara appear in missing people, not only secret laboratories. Boro turns grief into devotion and devotion into labor for a “god” nobody may question. The cult's clean smiles are part of the weapon.

The Chase

Kashin Koji steals Konoha shinobi data while the sensing system reports no breach. Team 10 pursues independently and joins Kakashi, but Koji's familiarity with Konoha lets him control the chase.

The surveillance wall fails because Koji was built from knowledge the village recognizes as its own. Systems detect difference more easily than betrayal from inside trusted patterns. The children discover that security is not the same thing as awareness.

Amado's Defection

Amado enters Konoha with Shikadai as hostage and demands asylum in exchange for Kara intelligence. Naruto negotiates while Kashin Koji confronts Jigen at Kara's base.

Defection is not trustworthiness. Amado offers life-saving truth through a bomb collar on a child, making every later fact arrive inside coercion. Konoha needs the information and must never confuse need with moral clearance.

True Identity

Amado reveals Jigen is Isshiki Ōtsutsuki's host and explains Karma as compressed biological data that overwrites a vessel. He also admits conspiring with Kashin Koji to force Isshiki into a vulnerable resurrection.

Predestined Fate

Predestined fate is the lie Kara uses to make engineering sound cosmic. Amado and Koji created a narrow opening, but Koji learns he was also designed as expendable equipment. The rebellion repeats the labor system it opposes.

Prepared

Isshiki enters Konoha to retrieve Kawaki while Naruto and Sasuke prepare to fight. Boruto insists on joining despite fear that Momoshiki may take control again.

Being prepared means acknowledging the danger you carry, not pretending courage cancels it. Boruto is both possible weapon and possible hostage. His participation needs a plan for each role, not a father's automatic yes or no.

Sacrifice

Boruto moves Isshiki into another dimension, where Naruto and Sasuke follow to keep the battle away from Konoha. Amado tells Kawaki and Shikamaru that Boruto's value lies partly in Isshiki's need to keep an Ōtsutsuki alive for the Divine Tree.

Sacrifice becomes strategy when the enemy's rules make Boruto temporarily untouchable. That protection is horrifying because it depends on future consumption. The boy survives now because Isshiki wants his body useful later.

Decision

Isshiki overwhelms the group until Naruto activates Baryon Mode, a last resort Kurama says will consume life as fuel. Isshiki uses Kawaki's chakra link to pull him into the dimension before his own lifespan expires.

The decision looks like Naruto choosing death, but Kurama withholds whose life will pay. That deception comes from love and violates consent. Power built by burning shared existence cannot be treated as another uncomplicated upgrade.

Partner

After Isshiki falls, Momoshiki controls Boruto and attacks Sasuke. Kawaki uses shadow clones and a dangerous bluff to force Boruto's consciousness back while Naruto speaks with Kurama during their final moments together.

Boruto, Sarada, Mitsuki, and their peers are being measured after Kara forced them to grow fast, and that history makes every matchup heavier. A tournament can reveal skill, but it cannot perfectly measure judgment, care, or leadership. Konoha knows that and uses the tool anyway because shinobi bureaucracy loves a clean bracket for a messy human question.

The Night Before The Final Round

On the night before the final round, nerves expose what each candidate thinks promotion will prove. Wasabi carries her clan’s hopes, Tsubaki weighs a future shaped by the Land of Iron, and Denki prepares to compete with scientific ninja tools that the exam has openly allowed. That last detail matters. The equipment is not a secret shortcut this time; it is declared, regulated, and judged inside the same rules as every other weapon.

Boruto’s earlier cheating scandal was never proof that technology itself was dirty. The problem was deception and the refusal to trust his own labor. Denki enters under informed rules, so his tools become an extension of preparation rather than a stolen answer key. The episode quietly repairs the franchise’s clumsiest science argument: a kunai does not become morally pure because it is old, and a machine does not become corrupt because somebody used one badly.

Inojin vs. Houki

Inojin faces Hōki while Boruto and Mitsuki chase suspicious figures beyond the exam grounds. Hōki’s time with Team 25 and Konoha’s intelligence division shows in the way he reads terrain, controls information, and refuses to fight on Inojin’s preferred terms. Hōki earns attention through disciplined, unglamorous training while the series’ stars risk disqualification because they assume the world will wait for their side quest. It does not, and honestly, good. Consequences are part of leadership too.

The Legend of the Monster Cat

Iwabee and Wasabi enter a match that quickly becomes about the stories their families told them. Wasabi has speed and the Cat Cloak technique, but her clan’s expectations make every possibility feel like a threat she could fail. Iwabee recognizes that she is shrinking herself before the opponent has to do it. His challenge is rough, but it forces her to separate inherited pressure from her actual ceiling.

The episode works because Iwabee does not hand Wasabi power. He points at the cage, and she chooses whether to leave it. Clan pride can preserve memory and still become a burden when a child is asked to redeem everybody at once. Wasabi’s breakthrough is not a magical cure for anxiety. It is one public refusal to let fear write her ability sheet before she has even fought.

Showdown Between Best Friends

Denki brings engineering, preparation, and scientific tools that the rules explicitly permit. Meanwhile, Boruto and Mitsuki fail to arrive, so the bracket moves without them. The exam does not pause because its protagonists had another emergency.

Neither combat style owns honor. Tsubaki’s sword is also technology, simply technology with centuries of ceremony wrapped around it. Denki’s devices deserve judgment by transparency, safety, and use, not by age. Their clash lets skill and invention share the same arena, while Boruto and Mitsuki’s absence underlines the less glamorous truth: responsibility includes being where you said you would be.

Team 7's Last Mission?!

Sarada’s promotion changes Team 7 before anyone has time to get comfortable. Konohamaru is moving beyond the role of daily squad captain, and the team is asked to imagine functioning under one of its own. When Mirai returns injured from a mission and Konohamaru remains in danger, Team 7 volunteers to reinforce him. The rescue becomes both a final mission under the old structure and a test of the new one.

Promotion is not a new vest and a speech. Sarada must coordinate people who are also her closest friends, and they must let her decisions carry weight when the field turns ugly. Konohamaru’s departure is not abandonment; it is evidence that mentorship is supposed to create independence. The emotional work lies in changing the relationship without pretending the earlier version meant nothing.

Kawaki, the Path to Shinobi

Kawaki receives a special path toward genin status through a series of D-rank missions. Konoha is trying to integrate a traumatized former vessel without pretending that surviving Kara automatically taught him teamwork. His combat ability is obvious. His problem is that missions require patience, communication, and care for people whose needs do not look important beside a world-ending threat.

The accommodation is sensible, but it is not a free promotion. Konoha adjusts the route while keeping the standard that matters: can Kawaki work with others without treating them as obstacles? Trauma explains why he defaults to suspicion and unilateral action. It does not make those habits harmless. The village owes him support, and he owes teammates enough trust not to turn every D-rank task into a one-boy war.

Order Violation

Kawaki gets a final chance on an escort mission with Shikadai and Chōchō. Their client, Mozuku, carries medicine needed by people in his homeland, and disguised enemies turn the assignment into something far more serious than its paperwork suggested. When Chōchō is hurt and the medicine is stolen, Shikadai must weigh pursuit against the lives already under his command.

Orders matter because somebody has to account for the whole team, not because obedience is holy. Kawaki reads retreat as abandonment, while Shikadai reads reckless pursuit as a way to lose everyone. Both instincts come from real moral pressure. The episode’s useful tension is not rules versus compassion. It is whether compassion can survive long enough to help anybody when a fighter refuses coordination.

A Wish

Kawaki disobeys the retreat order and follows Mozuku, who is determined to recover the medicine for his village. Their pursuit makes the mission’s human cost unavoidable: this is not cargo, reputation, or a promotion test. People will die without what Mozuku carries. Kawaki finally understands that the boy’s wish is built from responsibility to a community, not a desire to look brave.

Mozuku’s sacrifice gives Kawaki a brutal lesson in what shinobi promises can cost. Disobedience helps him act when procedure feels too slow, but courage does not protect everyone from consequence. The episode refuses to make rank the only measure of worth. Mozuku has no flashy bloodline or famous surname, yet his decision carries more civic duty than many official missions manage to show.

The Rusty Sword

Team 15 investigates a robbery tied to Tsubaki’s former senior disciple. The case drags Tsubaki’s samurai training out of the safe language of honor and into the harder question of what a student does with inherited skill. A polished technique cannot prove a clean purpose, and shared instruction does not guarantee shared values.

Tsubaki has to face loyalty without confusing it with denial. Traditions survive because people choose what to carry forward and what to reject. The episode gives her a conflict that belongs to her background rather than making the Land of Iron decorative flavor. A sword can hold memory, discipline, and betrayal at the same time. That is more interesting than pretending samurai culture produces automatic virtue.

Captain Denki's First Mission

Denki leads Team 5 on a Water Country mission transporting autonomous mining puppets to an island. The assignment exposes the gap between designing a solution and moving it through dangerous terrain with actual people depending on it. Denki cannot match Iwabee and Metal Lee physically, but his technical judgment is the reason the machines and mission have a chance to succeed.

Leadership is not a push-up contest. Denki must know when to trust his design, when to ask for muscle, and when the field has disproved his plan. Team 5 works best when engineering and physical skill stop competing for status. The mining puppets also make the franchise’s technology debate concrete: invention matters most when it reduces dangerous labor instead of merely giving wealthy fighters shinier toys.

The New Team 7 Jumps Into Action

The newly arranged Team 7 escorts Katasuke to a ceremony in the Water Country, where modernization has not erased older violence. Kagura now works as a prison warden, and former members of the New Seven Ninja Swordsmen sit behind bars while the Funato clan begins moving against the state. The mission places Kawaki inside a team just as regional resentment starts boiling over.

Peace built new ports and machines, but it did not settle every grievance left beneath them. Kagura’s role asks whether rehabilitation can become public service instead of a private apology. The Funato threat also warns against treating development as neutral. Infrastructure redistributes power, and people who believe they lost status will call their revenge tradition if nobody challenges the word.

The Unleashed Villain

An airship bombing and prison attack shatter the Water Country ceremony. Boruto and Kagura move to stop Araumi Funato’s escape, but the assault is designed to turn a public symbol of progress into proof that the government cannot protect its own territory. The prison becomes both a military target and a test of Kagura’s attempt to build a different life.

The episode refuses the fantasy that imprisonment ends a conflict. Araumi still commands loyalty outside the walls, and the system holding him becomes vulnerable when officials mistake confinement for resolution. Kagura’s rehabilitation matters precisely because he has to act when his past and public duty collide. Redemption without responsibility would be a costume change. Here, he has to choose under pressure.

Infiltrating Dotou Island

With the Funato controlling the surrounding seas and Team 5 missing, Kagura recruits Buntan, Hebiichigo, and Kyohō from among the former New Seven Ninja Swordsmen. Sarada and Mitsuki scout ahead while Boruto and Kawaki join a force built from people Konoha would normally classify as offenders, not allies. The emergency makes their knowledge useful, but it does not erase what they did.

This is rehabilitation without the inspirational vitamin. The former swordsmen receive a chance to protect people, not a certificate declaring them healed and harmless. Kagura stakes his judgment on them because community defense sometimes requires supervised trust before perfect certainty exists. That risk should make the audience nervous. It should also make us ask what a prison sentence is for if no changed choice can ever count.

Cut and Run

Boruto, Kawaki, and Buntan infiltrate the Funato mobile fortress while Sarada, Mitsuki, and Team 5 work to rescue islanders. Tenma’s brutality makes the occupation plain: the fortress is not simply a cool weapon but a machine that lets one faction control movement, labor, and fear across the sea. Destroying it matters because civilians cannot negotiate freely with a cannon pointed at their homes.

The split mission gives rescue and sabotage equal narrative weight. Boruto’s group attacks the structure producing violence, while Sarada’s group protects people forced to live underneath it. Neither job is background work. Anime loves the fighter who breaks the giant machine, but evacuation, coordination, and getting frightened families onto a boat are the labor that turns destruction into an actual rescue.

The Mobile Fortress

The battle repeats because neither side has yet found a language stronger than retaliation.

Denki and Iwabee’s choice matters more than the revenge framing. Boruto learns that Ikada has chosen the Funato side and refuses to accept that the person who dreamed of building ships must become another weapon. With Sarada and Mitsuki, he searches for a way to stop the battle before both forces create more graves.
