The work moved. The notes multiplied.
This is the progress file for CVM Sekai’s whole creative ecosystem: original stories, web novels, translations, worldbuilding, publishing, and the projects that were allegedly going to be simple.
Updates belong here when something actually changed—a chapter moved, a translation choice shifted, a release happened, a world gained rules, or a manuscript picked a fight before breakfast.
Search the project pile
Search by project, world, character, chapter, translation, or problem. The archive only returns material that already exists; it does not invent an empire because a card looked lonely.
Find the project you came for
These links collect existing material by project or world. They are doors into the archive, not claims that every manuscript behaved this week.
Reborn in 1971
The published Webnovel project: chapters, revisions, release notes, village complications, and the worldbuilding holding everything together.
Journey to the West
The adventure-series file, kept separate from the direct translations: retelling choices, character work, cultural research, and Monkey King emergencies.
The Legend of Sun Wukong
A separate retelling seen through a young monk’s perspective, sharing a world without becoming the same story.
Classical Texts
Direct Journey to the West and Art of War translation work lives on its own trail, away from the original adaptations it may inspire.
Stories in the Kitchen
Lumina Echoes, Fractured Horizons, Art of War for Real Life, Panda Patch projects, and other manuscripts currently taking up counter space.
Releases & Finished Work
Actual publication news, completed work, schedules, delays, and store-facing projects—receipts before victory laps.
Not every update is a victory lap.
The useful version of a progress log includes what fought back. Sometimes the chapter worked. Sometimes three scenes disappeared because the characters understood the story better than the outline did.
- Writing updates cover drafts, revisions, structure, and publication movement.
- Translation notes explain choices without pretending languages are interchangeable hats.
- Worldbuilding updates track systems and consequences shared across Story Worlds, novels, web novels, and anime-world projects.
- If nothing genuinely changed, the site does not manufacture an update to keep the grid symmetrical.
