Doeun debuted at fifteen, which makes the speed of her artistic development—and the adults managing that development—worth watching carefully. Inside YOUNG POSSE, she became known for her height, blunt humor, and a rap delivery that can feel loose without losing the pocket.

Doeun debuted with YOUNG POSSE on October 18, 2023 through the EP Macaroni Cheese. DSP Media manages the group with Beats Entertainment as co-producer. The first year moved fast: “Macaroni Cheese,” “XXL,” and “ATE THAT” established a rap-heavy identity built on jokes, 1990s references, video-game worlds, and member participation. The group then widened its sound through collaborations, COLD, Growing Pain pt.1: FREE, and 2026’s young tape.

YOUNG POSSE’s catalog works differently from a group where members wait for one assigned line. Writing credits, unit tracks, remixes, and collaborations repeatedly rearrange who carries the song. That gives Doeun room to change in public instead of remaining trapped in a debut position chart.

Doeun leans into rhythm and attitude. On the 2026 young tape, she appears with Sunhye and Jiana on “HopeYouFuckUp.,” pairs with Jiana for “kawa,” and receives the solo “NEED U.” That is not background-member scheduling. It is a project testing how much weight her individual voice can carry.
