ENHYPEN
Six current members, one former member who helped build the sound, and a vampire universe that has survived more eras than several television franchises. ENHYPEN makes pop for people who enjoy beautiful men, emotional danger, and lore that occasionally requires a corkboard.

Current playlist stop: “Knife”
Released January 16, 2026. “Knife” is the title track from THE SIN : VANISH and the final ENHYPEN title track recorded by the original seven-member lineup. Heavy trap drums, sharp synths, addictive little vocal ticks, and vampires who have apparently discovered dopamine addiction. This is subtle only if your definition of subtle includes a levitating knife.

KNIFE: ENHYPEN Put Dopamine-Addicted Vampires in a Barbershop and Called It Escape
The lyrics, trap production, fugitive-vampire story, choreography, Easter eggs, and the fandom argument over whether it actually sounds like ENHYPEN.
History file
I-LAND and the first border
ENHYPEN was formed through Mnet’s 2020 survival program I-LAND. The original lineup was Jungwon, Heeseung, Jay, Jake, Sunghoon, Sunoo, and Ni-ki. Their name uses a hyphen as its central idea: separate people connecting, discovering one another, and growing into something that did not exist before the connection.
The group debuted with BORDER : DAY ONE and “Given-Taken.” That title was a mission statement disguised as a punctuation problem. Was their opportunity given to them, or had they taken it? ENHYPEN kept returning to that tension through albums about borders, dimensions, manifestos, blood, romance, desire, and sin.
The vampire universe
Plenty of groups use supernatural styling for one comeback. ENHYPEN built a long-term emotional system around it. Vampirism becomes hunger, fame, connection, guilt, immortality, and the fear of hurting the person you want closest. The Dark Moon webtoon expanded that world, but the music videos still work without assigning homework. At least most of the time. I reserve the right to bring yarn and thumbtacks.
From seven to six
On March 10, 2026, BELIFT LAB announced that Heeseung would leave ENHYPEN to pursue solo work. He later adopted the stage name EVAN and debuted solo with “Ride or Die” in June. The current six-member ENHYPEN profile is official. The earlier seven-member work remains part of the group’s history, so this page keeps Heeseung where he belongs: visible, credited, and clearly labeled as a former member.
