The file
Who Misha Flott is before later volumes get a vote
Misha has less page space than the leads, but “less page space” is not the same as no function. The Guild turns adventuring into records, assignments, warnings and emergency coordination. Misha belongs to the labor that keeps those systems moving when Monsterphilia stops being controlled spectacle.
Characters like Misha matter to the scale of Orario. If only named fighters receive cards, the city becomes a backdrop waiting for combat. Guild employees make it a place with paperwork, colleagues and people whose competence does not require a weapon drawn in the foreground.

What the War Game changes for Misha Flott
Guild employee · Eina’s friend · Alive
Misha represents the human side of the Guild around Eina: the coworkers who see advisers carry the emotional consequences of adventurers taking risks the institution can document but never fully control. Apollo’s attack moves Bell’s danger aboveground without making it less institutional.
Her presence keeps Guild life from becoming a faceless information desk. News, rumor and public anxiety travel through people. When Bell becomes the subject of a War Game watched across Orario, the professionals who know him cannot pretend the spectacle is anonymous.
