The profile

The polished messenger at the edge of Volume 5: Hyacinthus carries Bell’s impossible victory into Apollo’s hearing and turns a rumor into the next book’s threat.

Hyacinthus appears in the epilogue after the Guild has classified the Black Goliath as a Calamity and ordered silence. The gag order fails because extraordinary stories move through adventurer networks faster than institutions can bury them.

His report gives Apollo the name, achievement and desire needed for fixation. Volume 5 does not spend his later receipts early, but it makes the hierarchy clear: Apollo wants, Hyacinthus acts and Bell has no idea the machinery has started.

What the War Game changes for Hyacinthus Clio

Apollo Familia captain · Defeated · Alive

Hyacinthus is the force behind Apollo’s appetite and the first hard proof that Bell cannot solve Volume 6 by wanting victory more. He beats Bell badly enough to turn the level gap into something physical, public and humiliating.

At Shreme Castle, Hyacinthus remains dangerous after the plan succeeds. Bell reaches him because Lilly, Lyu, Welf and Mikoto create the route; Bell defeats him because Aiz teaches the final opening and Hyacinthus’s certainty makes that opening possible.

Hyacinthus turns a staged insult into real violence, then lets Apollo present the damage as evidence against Bell.

Hunt

Duel
