The profile
The wounded woman at the center of the pass parade—and the person who refuses to let being saved erase the strangers forced to pay for it.
Chigusa is badly injured during Takemikazuchi Familia’s middle-floor crisis. Ouka chooses to save her by transferring their pursuing monsters onto Bell’s smaller party. Her life matters. So do the lives his decision endangers. Volume 5 is strong because it refuses to make those truths cancel each other.
She returns underground with the rescue party despite the injury and guilt. Later, when the Black Goliath threatens Floor 18, Chigusa helps Hestia bring Rivira’s adventurers back into the fight. The person whose vulnerability began the crisis becomes one of the people rebuilding collective courage.

What the War Game changes for Chigusa Hitachi
Takemikazuchi Familia adventurer · Rescue fighter · Alive
Chigusa enters Volume 6 carrying the relationship built through the middle-floor disaster. Bell’s household paid for Takemikazuchi Familia’s panic in Volume 5; support during Apollo’s hunt helps make amends without pretending one rescue can erase the original decision.
She is part of the wider network proving Hestia Familia is small only if a headcount ignores relationships. Chigusa cannot formally fight the War Game under another Familia’s banner, but the crisis before the contest still gives allies room to protect, retrieve and prepare the people entering it.
Debt
Volume 5 still matters
Support for Bell grows from a betrayal acknowledged rather than magically forgiven.
Hunt
Allies answer the citywide pursuit
Chigusa joins the people refusing to let Apollo’s numbers make every street belong to him.
Transfer
Mikoto chooses one year
She watches a Familia sister move households temporarily because gratitude has become obligation with terms.
