ARrC
ARrC debuted with a promise to “Always Remember the real Connection.” Twenty-two months later, Mystic Story ended the group. The archive still has eight people, four releases, one painfully timed sales jump and enough pre-filmed lineup confusion to require a timeline.

How ARrC became ARrC
Mystic Story built ARrC through WORLD OF ARrC, a pre-debut reality file that introduced the original seven before the official debut. The name expands to “Always Remember the real Connection,” an earnest promise from a company that later gave the group less than two full years to prove it.
The original lineup joined Korean, Vietnamese, Japanese and Korean-Brazilian members under a youthful hip-hop frame. Their appeal was not technical novelty. It was the way seven different trainee histories—survival shows, ballet, vocal academies, migration and almost-debuts—started looking like one working room.
THE LINEUP FILE
Ziwoo left; Andy arrived; the footage ignored the calendar
Ziwoo departed for personal reasons on January 22, 2025. Mystic Story warned that already-filmed content could still include him. Eight days later, the company announced Andy, a Japanese-American former PROJECT 7 contestant who had previously trained beside ARrC.
The overlap was production lag, not a secret eight-member era. Fans were processing an exit, an addition and a backlog at the same time. The second lineup still had to promote as if that emotional edit could be completed in a week.
THE END FILE
The sales finally rose, then the group ended
Mystic Story’s notice arrived June 23, 2026 and stated that group activities concluded June 22 after discussions with the seven final members. The company said they would pursue separate paths.
The timing stung because the later releases showed sales growth. Fans did what fandoms are told to do—stream, buy, learn the new lineup—and discovered that better numbers cannot reverse an internal decision that has already moved elsewhere.
The complete catalog, in the correct order
Pre-debut · “dummy”
“dummy” introduced the original seven with more attitude than biography. It works best as a preface: ARrC had the rhythm and visual confidence before the public had enough member context to understand who was carrying what.
AR^C · August 19, 2024
The first EP and official debut. “S&S (sour and sweet)” used playful hip-hop, bright melody and the original lineup’s contrasting tones. The official video was directed by NOVV KIM, with Mystic Story crediting Benjamin 55, Young Chance, Stary 55 and gxxdkelvin among the production team.
nu kidz: out the box · February 18, 2025
Andy’s first official group release and the beginning of the second lineup. “nu kidz” used retro synths and boom-bap to present the change as forward motion rather than damage control. The official video credits director Mingyu Kang of GEW/SL8.
HOPE · July 16, 2025
The home of “awesome,” ARrC’s crunk-flavored bad-day support group disguised as a performance video. This was the release where the second lineup stopped looking temporary and the group’s encouraging, chaotic personality became easiest to explain.
CTRL+ALT+SKIID · November 3, 2025
The final release pushed rock texture, hip-hop and part-time-job chaos together. The keyboard joke in the title fit a group whose final era sounded like teenagers trying to reboot a system while adults had already located the power switch.
What ARrC actually sounded like
ARrC lived in youthful hip-hop without pretending every member had the same weight. Hyunmin, Choi Han and Jibeen built different parts of the rap spine. Doha and, originally, Ziwoo gave the group a cleaner vocal center. Kien and Rioto added lighter color and movement; Andy arrived with survival-show camera training and enough familiarity with the members to make the transition survivable.
The catalog’s best quality was not innovation-by-press-release. It was emotional usefulness. “awesome” could be loud, silly and genuinely encouraging at the same time. The group felt young without becoming motivational wallpaper, and technically trained without behaving as if every song were a final exam.
FINAL STATUS
ARrC is disbanded. Mystic Story’s official notice ended group activities on June 22, 2026. Andy, Choi Han, Doha, Hyunmin, Jibeen, Kien and Rioto were named as moving to new paths. Ziwoo had already left in January 2025. “Former member” now applies to all eight people, but their dates and lineups are not interchangeable.

What ARrCer should keep straight
ARrCer: the official fandom name.
WORLD OF ARrC: the pre-debut reality show and best map of the original lineup’s roles.
Ziwoo timeline: original member through January 2025.
Andy timeline: joined January 31, 2025 and appears in the final lineup.
June 22, 2026: the official end date from Mystic Story, not a rumor date.
THE PANDA SIDE QUEST
Watch the two lineups as two real eras
Start with WORLD OF ARrC and “S&S,” then stop at Ziwoo’s exit notice. Begin the Andy era with his introduction and nu kidz: out the box. This prevents pre-filmed uploads from turning the archive into visual soup.
Then watch “awesome” with a fixed-camera performance. It captures what ARrC did best: make youth sound supportive without becoming a school assembly anthem.
RAERAE TAKE
ARrC was just getting easier to recognize when the file closed. That is why the disbandment feels less like a graceful ending and more like somebody unplugged the game after the save finally worked. The group deserved more time. The members still deserve profiles that do not flatten twenty-two months into one red “disbanded” stamp.
