All Five TXT Members Renewed Together
All five TXT members renewed with BIGHIT MUSIC together on August 22, 2025. No missing name. No “discussions remain ongoing.” No corporate sentence asking fans to support four people while the fifth evaluates future activities.
Why this was bigger than a routine notice
TOMORROW X TOGETHER debuted in March 2019. By renewal time, they had already survived the “BTS little brothers” label, a pandemic-era career, multiple world tours, health breaks, solo ambitions, and the ordinary exhaustion of turning youth into content for six years.
First renewals are where the public learns whether a group’s unity was emotional, contractual, convenient, or some mixture nobody outside the room will ever fully know. A five-person renewal does not prove every negotiation was easy. It proves the final decision preserved the team.
The wording matched the group
BIGHIT said TXT kept its promise with MOA “to go further, for longer.” The members thanked fans for staying and promised to keep doing their best. Corporate notices are rarely poetry, but this one understood the assignment. TXT’s catalog repeatedly asks whether people can continue choosing one another after the magic becomes difficult. In August 2025, the answer was yes, with signatures.
One group, more individual work
Renewing together does not mean every member must do the same thing forever. Yeonjun already had solo momentum. Beomgyu, Taehyun, and Hueningkai had writing and creative interests. Soobin had proven his public-hosting strength and leadership identity.
The 2025 album The Star Chapter: TOGETHER even gave each member a solo track. That was not a warning that the group was breaking apart. It was evidence that the five-person structure had enough room for five individual voices.
What the announcement did not tell us
No public contract notice gives salary splits, term length, touring limits, creative control, rest guarantees, or the exact number of meetings that made everybody briefly want to live in a forest. Fans should not invent those details.
What can be said is that all five names were present, the company promised support for a wide range of activities, and the members chose to continue as TXT. That is good news without requiring a conspiracy board.

Verdict: wholesome tea is still tea. Five names went into the renewal announcement. Five names came out. My database enjoys this because I do not need a former-member section or an emotional support spreadsheet.
