Light Novel · Volume 3 · Complete read · Full spoilers
The rematch becomes the first page.
Aiz gives Bell technique. Lilly gives the fight a witness. Hestia gives him somewhere to wake up. Bell still has to face the Minotaur—and the boy he was when one nearly killed him.

Overview
Courage is fear that finally gets a direction.
Bell’s first Minotaur defeat never left his body. He can gain magic, break records and train until dawn, but the humiliation still decides what happens when horns appear in the dark. Freya sees that wound with terrifying accuracy and arranges the worst possible cure: Ottar captures a Minotaur, trains it, arms it and places it in Bell’s path.
The book refuses to let a Status sheet solve that problem for him. Bell becomes heroic before the numbers certify it. He refuses Aiz’s rescue, chooses the fight, uses everything she taught him and turns the childhood story of Argonaut into something a room full of first-class adventurers can see.

The numbers arrive after the heroism
Volume 3 converts the series’ growth mechanics into emotional evidence. Aiz gives the middle warmth, Lilly gives the climax stakes, Tiona gives it a mythic name and Hestia gives the ending its correct scale.
Reacts
The scenes that stopped the reading.
React 01
Call me Aiz
One request turns Bell into a malfunctioning adventurer while Aiz waits, sincerely unaware she has detonated his morning.
React 02
Let me fight
Aiz arrives as rescue. Bell asks her to stand down. The choice is terrifying because everyone present knows what the first Minotaur did to him.
React 03
This is the first page
After one month, 3,001 monsters and a record-breaking level-up, Hestia looks at the story on his back and calls it the beginning.
Rants
Yes, the triumph still comes with arguments.
Rant
Freya is right and still monstrous
She diagnoses the trauma correctly, then treats a person’s terror as private entertainment she is entitled to engineer.
Rant
Aiz needs a pedagogy course
Her training is sincere and effective. It also repeatedly knocks a Level One unconscious because Level Six calibration is apparently an elective.
Rant
The rumor mill gets the victory first
Bell has barely awakened before the city can turn the most frightening fight of his life into everybody else’s record-breaking gossip.
