You knew the voice before you knew the name.
One character starts talking and suddenly you are staring at the screen thinking, WAIT. I know that voice. Then the credits send you down another rabbit hole and apparently the villain from one series is the exhausted teacher from another.
This is CVM Sekai’s voice actor directory: career profiles, signature roles, performance choices, major series, dubbing work, games, radio, narration, and all the other places familiar voices have been hiding from us.
One actor · Many characters · Entirely too many browser tabs
A character is not just a drawing with dialogue.
Voice acting is acting. The microphone does not magically remove timing, character work, comedy, grief, physical effort, or the very specific talent required to scream somebody’s name seventeen different ways without making all seventeen takes sound identical.
These pages follow the actor, not only the role that brought us there. Naruto may introduce us to Junko Takeuchi. Sasuke may introduce us to Noriaki Sugiyama. Their careers keep going after we leave Konoha.
The same actor can connect several worlds. One biography can eventually appear on Naruto, BLEACH, Fate, Digimon, Precure, One Piece, or another series hub without rebuilding the person from scratch.

Search by actor, character, anime, or franchise. This directory is still small. Enjoy the peace while it lasts.
The Voice Actor Shelf
Start with the character you know. Leave with six more series on your watchlist.
More actors and connected worlds arrive as their full profiles are built.
