Career, without the two-sentence shortcut
Ten won the Thai competition Teen Superstar in 2011, entered SM, debuted with NCT U in “The 7th Sense” in 2016, joined WayV in 2019, and promoted with SuperM. His solo releases include “Dream in a Dream,” “New Heroes,” “Paint Me Naked,” “Birthday,” and the 2024 mini album TEN.
His movement background crosses hip-hop, contemporary lines, acrobatics, and the kind of control that makes small gestures look choreographed. He also draws and designs, which explains why his solo visual concepts tend to feel authored rather than assigned.
What Ten brings to WayV
WayV needs Ten’s body language as much as his voice. He often sells transitions that look strange on paper. His airy tone also keeps the group’s heavier production from becoming solid concrete. In April 2026 his SM exclusive contract ended, but he continued participating in WayV and NCT activities where possible. That is a contract change, not permission to erase him from the group.
