Seoah was born in Gwangju, South Korea. She used to do taekwondo. Her nicknames are Baby Seo, Counseling Center, and Sunny. A gravity was held to decide her stage name, because her birth name was too similar to Jeong HyeRin.

Reveal and debut
SeoAh was revealed on April 3, 2024 as S23, one of the final members introduced before tripleS completed its 24-person lineup. A Gravity vote selected the stage name SeoAh because her birth name, Jeong Haerin, was close to existing member Jeong HyeRin’s name. She then entered the full-group ASSEMBLE24 era and debuted through the group’s first complete-lineup album. That makes 2024, not 2023, the correct start of her professional years active.
Dimension and performance identity
As the youngest tripleS member, SeoAh’s development is best tracked across the full-group catalog and later Dimensions rather than reduced to her age or S-number.
