Before ASTRO
Park Min-hyuk began dancing young, studied multiple styles and entered Fantagio as a child trainee. He appeared on Korea’s Got Talent and later in To Be Continued. Years of training made his debut skill level look suspiciously complete. Ballet, modern dance, hip-hop and acrobatics gave him a larger movement vocabulary than most rookie title tracks could use.
Music, performance and work
Rocky served as main dancer, lead rapper and vocalist while contributing choreography, lyrics and composition. With Jinjin, he formed Jinjin & Rocky and released Restore. Fantagio announced in February 2023 that he would leave both the agency and ASTRO after his contract ended. He then established One Fine Day Entertainment and continued as a solo artist. The correct timeline is neither “betrayed the group” nor “secretly still a member”: he is a former member whose creative history remains central to ASTRO.
Dance, choreography, and unit work
Rocky’s reputation inside ASTRO was built on more than executing assigned choreography. His control, balance, and ability to connect transitions made him a reference point for other dancers, while his participation in choreography gave him responsibility for how a complete group stage read rather than only how his own body looked.
In 2022 he formed the unit JinJin & Rocky and released Restore. The project gave both members more concentrated writing, rap, vocal, and performance responsibility. It remains a formal ASTRO unit release, not part of Rocky’s later individual solo catalog.

Fantagio announced in February 2023 that Rocky would leave the agency and ASTRO after his contract expired. He later founded One Fine Day Entertainment and debuted as a solo artist with ROCKYST.
