Before ONEUS, he had already been through several doors
Ravn trained across multiple companies, including JYP, YG, and Plan A, before joining RBW’s pre-debut system. He competed on MIXNINE and entered ONEUS with more agency mileage than a debut biography usually admits. That experience showed in how quickly he settled into writing, recording, and shaping his own rap identity.
The writer inside early ONEUS
Ravn was not only the man assigned the lower rap. He contributed lyrics across the group’s early albums, including most tracks on Light Us, Raise Us, and Fly With Us. His phrasing helped create the conversational swagger inside songs that otherwise leaned theatrical and vocal-heavy. He also brought a melodic, slightly languid rap color that contrasted with Leedo‘s deeper attack.
After his departure, ONEUS could redistribute lines. Replacing a recurring writer was harder. The group’s post-2022 music remained strong, but fans still debate the change in its internal texture. Credit is not a moral endorsement. It is part of the record.
The 2022 allegations and exit
In October 2022, an anonymous person claiming to be a former girlfriend posted allegations involving cheating, coercive behavior, threats, and other misconduct. RBW paused Ravn’s activities while saying it would investigate the claims. On October 27, the company announced that he had chosen to leave ONEUS because he did not want the controversy to harm the members and fans.
RBW also said it would continue checking the facts and respond legally to false claims. The public never received a neat final report resolving every allegation. That is why responsible summaries must separate what was alleged from what was formally confirmed. His departure is confirmed. The online accusations were serious. A public legal ruling establishing the full story was not produced in the sources cited here.
The solo return
Ravn gradually returned to public music activity and released Comedy in April 2025 as his solo debut. The solo chapter placed his writing and production identity at the center instead of asking listeners to treat him as an erased former idol. He has continued using the Ravn name and built a separate fandom called ROSES.
That career exists beside ONEUS, not inside its current lineup. The group is now Seoho, Leedo, Keonhee, Hwanwoong, and Xion. Ravn is a former member and solo artist with credits that remain attached to the songs he helped make.
How this archive handles him
He appears at the end of the ONEUS member history as a former member. He is not silently removed, and he is not placed among the active five. This profile will collect his solo work through tags without creating duplicate artist and member biographies.
