A ten-year-old SEVENTEEN fan grew into the vocal anchor

Kurumi has said she wanted to become an idol around age ten and credits SEVENTEEN with pulling her deeper into K-pop. That origin is less glamorous than a destiny story and more believable: she watched a group make performance, music and personality feel connected, then began building the skills to enter the same industry.

She trained through Bridge Dance School and developed enough movement control to win an internal KIIRAS dance competition, the basis for the group’s public main-dancer description. Her dance work is clean rather than showy. She places accents where the arrangement changes, which helps choreography feel musical instead of merely synchronized.
