Bang Yongguk, Jung Daehyun, Yoo Youngjae and Moon Jongup — four B.A.P members reunited officially in 2024.
Bottom line
BANG&JUNG&YOO&MOON is the four-member reunion team of B.A.P’s Bang Yongguk, Jung Daehyun, Yoo Youngjae and Moon Jongup. They returned under their own names in 2024 because the old group trademark was not theirs to use freely, released CURTAIN CALL with “Gone,” and followed it with Christmas With You. This is B.A.P continuity with a legally practical label, not an unrelated debut.
The archive names all four, preserves the original six-member history and routes “Gone” only to the people who actually perform it.
B.A.P before the reunion
B.A.P debuted in 2012 with “Warrior” and immediately sounded larger, angrier and more politically awake than the safest idol formula. Bang Yongguk, Himchan, Daehyun, Youngjae, Jongup and Zelo built a six-member catalogue across hip-hop, rock, R&B and dramatic pop.
That history matters, including the labor conflict that interrupted their momentum.
The TS Entertainment damage
The members’ 2014 lawsuit over contract conditions was not fandom gossip; it became inseparable from how the group’s career fractured. They returned, continued releasing music and eventually left as contracts expired, but the lost time and institutional distrust changed the possible future.
A reunion story that erases the company conflict is incomplete.
Why these four returned
Bang Yongguk, Jung Daehyun, Yoo Youngjae and Moon Jongup carried separate solo, acting and military-service chapters before reassembling. Zelo was serving in the military during the project; Himchan was not part of the reunion and his criminal convictions must not be softened into a vague scheduling absence.
Accurate participation protects both history and the present work.
The name problem
The quartet used BANG&JUNG&YOO&MOON because the B.A.P trademark was not simply available for them to claim. Naming the team after its members made the legal limitation visible while telling fans exactly whose reunion this was.
Artists should not need a punctuation puzzle to return to their own catalogue.
CURTAIN CALL
Released August 8, 2024, CURTAIN CALL contains “Gone,” “Love,” “Way Back,” “Stand It All” and the previously released “Farewell.” Bang Yongguk produced and wrote the title track, anchoring the reunion in the creative voice that helped define B.A.P.
The record treats reunion as gratitude, grief and unfinished business at once.
Gone
“Gone” foregrounds vocals and memory rather than attempting to recreate “Warrior” at full blast. Its emotional tension comes from people returning while openly wondering whether the return may also be a goodbye.
The exact 4K playlist MV receives one long Iconic-by-Mistake React.
Christmas With You
The December 2024 release extended the reunion beyond one farewell-shaped EP, with “Christmas With You,” “Winter Magic” and “Snow” plus additional versions.
That follow-up is evidence of an actual project period, not merely one commemorative stage.
Current status
The four-member reunion catalogue remains official. In 2026 the members also maintain individual careers, and there is no basis for inventing a permanent full-time schedule. The page dates activity rather than declaring either endless promotion or another disbandment without evidence.
Clarity beats wishful certainty.
Rant: give artists their names back
A company can mishandle a group, lose the members and still leave them negotiating around the identity they built. Trademark law may explain the situation; it does not make the outcome artist-friendly. Fans should not need aliases to locate a reunion by the people who created the catalogue’s value.
BANG&JUNG&YOO&MOON turned that obstacle into a direct roll call, but they should never have needed to.
RaeRae take
“Gone” works because the quartet do not fake triumph. Relief, grief, adult weariness and genuine joy coexist in the same room. The performance is mature because the history is allowed to remain complicated.
This is reunion as testimony, not brand cosplay.

Formation: six B.A.P members before four could return
B.A.P debuted under TS Entertainment in January 2012 with Bang Yongguk, Kim Himchan, Jung Daehyun, Yoo Youngjae, Moon Jongup and Choi Junhong, better known as Zelo. “Warrior” arrived like a threat: low rap, whistle, stomping choreography and a group willing to make social anger part of idol music. “Power,” “No Mercy,” “One Shot” and “1004 (Angel)” built one of the strongest early runs of their generation.
That six-member history belongs on the B.A.P hub. This page begins with it because BANG&JUNG&YOO&MOON did not appear as four strangers in 2024. The reunion sound, fan relationship and emotional stakes only make sense after years of shared work, a lawsuit against TS Entertainment, interrupted momentum, military service and separate solo careers.
The TS Entertainment damage
In 2014, all six members sued TS Entertainment over unfair contracts and revenue distribution. The dispute paused a group that had been releasing at a punishing rate and building international demand. They later returned to the company, but the interruption and the conditions behind it never became a cute obstacle in a success montage.
By 2019, the members’ contracts had ended and B.A.P activity stopped. TS retained control around the B.A.P name. That detail became painfully practical when four members prepared new music in 2024. They could reunite as people, sing the catalogue and speak to BABY, but using the old group name carried a trademark fight they did not control.
Why these four—and why not six
Bang Yongguk, Daehyun, Youngjae and Jongup were available and willing to build the project. Zelo was completing military service during the reunion schedule. Himchan was not included; his criminal convictions and departure from public group activity are not a blank space to decorate with OT6 nostalgia. A reunion credit follows the people who participated.
The four used their surnames in order: Bang, Jung, Yoo and Moon. It is clunky as branding and perfect as evidence. The name refuses to pretend an unrelated debut happened. It also refuses to hand the old company veto power over the members’ shared identity.
CURTAIN CALL and Gone
CURTAIN CALL was released August 8, 2024 through MA Entertainment. Bang Yongguk produced the title track “Gone,” and the five-song EP treats reunion as something more complicated than walking back onstage to cheers. The men are older. The lost years are audible. Relief sits beside grief because returning proves both that the bond survived and that somebody kept them away from this name for too long.
“Gone” works because it does not fake untouched youth. Yongguk’s low voice brings the history into the first seconds. Daehyun still carries the explosive vocal peaks, but age gives the tone more grain. Youngjae holds the connective tissue with a flexible voice that can move between force and warmth. Jongup makes restraint physical; his dance lines are still exact, but he no longer needs to prove adulthood through aggression.
The exact official upload oeCzFt9RFbI has the in-depth React below. Its participants are these four. Zelo and Himchan remain part of historical B.A.P records but do not receive a “Gone” performance credit.
Christmas With You and Farewell, Earth
Christmas With You followed in December 2024, extending the reunion beyond one dramatic farewell title. The seasonal release softened the frame and let the members address fans with warmth instead of making every song carry the entire TS Entertainment argument.
The Curtain Call fan-con dates led into the Farewell, Earth encore concerts in Seoul on January 11 and 12, 2025. Those shows are the latest confirmed full-team project activity in this archive. A concert called farewell can close a chapter without legally dissolving the possibility of another one.
Current status in 2026
BANG&JUNG&YOO&MOON is recorded as a completed but still valid reunion project, not a permanently scheduled group. No 2026 comeback, tour or disbandment announcement has been confirmed. The four continue individual careers. Bang Yongguk releases and produces solo music; Daehyun works as a vocalist and stage performer; Youngjae balances music and acting; Jongup continues solo music and dance.
Zelo’s post-service work belongs on his own profile and the B.A.P hub when relevant. The four-person page will not silently expand to five because former bandmates share a photograph. If another official reunion happens, the exact lineup and name used for that project will be dated then.
Vocals, rap, production and performance
Bang Yongguk remains the creative axis. His rap sits low enough to change the room, and his production favors emotional stakes over decorative noise. Daehyun supplies the high-pressure vocal release that made so many B.A.P choruses feel enormous. Youngjae is the bridge voice, steady enough to support a climax and distinct enough to lead his own section. Jongup turns rhythm into clean lines and adds a lighter vocal color that grew stronger through his solo years.
The four-person arrangement is leaner than B.A.P’s original six. It loses Zelo’s contrasting rap and the older formation’s width. It gains space for voices that have matured separately. A reunion should not hide those changes. The appeal is hearing what time did, not demanding four adults reproduce a 2012 recording as if nobody lived between takes.
Fandom file: BABY and the reunion name
BABY is B.A.P’s official fandom name and the community the reunion addressed. BANG&JUNG&YOO&MOON also used its own membership infrastructure for ticketing and project notices. That did not create a competing fandom; it gave a legally awkward reunion somewhere practical to operate.
Matoki imagery and old light-stick culture remain part of B.A.P history. Any new merchandise must be attributed to the reunion project that actually released it. Trademark anger is justified, but fan archives still need clean labels.

How to hear the reunion properly
Do not start with “Gone” in a vacuum. Play B.A.P’s “Warrior,” “One Shot” and “1004 (Angel)” first. Those songs establish the scale the four are answering: Yongguk’s underground-weight rap against Daehyun’s enormous vocal lift, Youngjae’s cleaner middle register and Jongup’s performance precision, with Zelo and Himchan occupying parts the reunion cannot reproduce.
Then move to the four members’ solo work. Yongguk’s records reveal how much of B.A.P’s darkness came from his writing instincts. Daehyun’s solo and musical-theatre work sharpened his control beyond pure high-note impact. Youngjae’s acting years and solo music loosened his delivery. Jongup’s solo releases put the dancer in the center without treating his voice as an afterthought.
Now play “Farewell” and “Gone.” The reunion will sound like four careers converging, not a tribute band chasing an old arrangement. Finish with “Christmas With You.” It matters because the men get to share something gentle after years when every B.A.P conversation became a lawsuit, a missing trademark or a list of things that went wrong.
Four solo careers inside one reunion
Bang Yongguk is both member and producer, so his canonical artist profile needs every solo release as well as the reunion tracker. Daehyun’s page must connect B.A.P, theatre, solo recordings and this four-member project without labeling a stage role as group music. Youngjae’s page needs acting credits and recordings in one identity. Jongup’s page must treat him as a solo artist and B.A.P member at the same time.
That structure prevents the common archive mess where group reunions swallow individual work. A Jongup official video does not become BANG&JUNG&YOO&MOON content because three former bandmates liked it. A Yongguk-produced reunion track belongs to all four performers while still crediting his production. Relationships are specific or they are useless.
Rant: give artists their names back
Nothing exposes K-pop’s ownership problem faster than four members standing together, making the music their fans recognize, and still having to introduce themselves like a law firm because somebody else controls three letters and two periods.
Companies argue that they invested in branding. Fine. Members invested their voices, faces, bodies, years and public identities. A trademark system that lets an inactive or disgraced company hold a group name away from the people who made it valuable has confused paperwork with authorship. The reunion did not become less B.A.P because the cover said four surnames. It became evidence of who had the power to print the obvious.
The members handled the problem better than the system deserved. They did not release music under a deceptive near-copy name or pretend the past was unrelated. They used their own names, explained the reality and let BABY understand the continuity. That honesty is why the awkward title carries emotional force.
What another chapter would require
Another group release needs an official announcement from the four members or their authorized project company, a dated release and an exact participant list. Zelo’s future availability could create a five-member configuration, but possibility is not a lineup. His presence would need to be confirmed on the recording and video before the archive routes a card to him.
The B.A.P trademark could also change hands. If it does, the archive can connect the legal name to the members again without rewriting CURTAIN CALL. That EP was released as BANG&JUNG&YOO&MOON, and the name documents the conditions under which the reunion actually happened.
Until then, the four-person project remains a completed reunion chapter with an open future. That wording leaves room without selling a comeback that does not exist. BABY waited long enough for real information; they do not need a database manufacturing hope for engagement.
The reunion also proves why dates matter. A 2012 B.A.P stage, a 2024 four-member video and a future configuration can all belong to the same human history without becoming the same artifact. The archive will keep each exact lineup attached to the image, recording and performance it made. Shared affection connects the pages; precise credits keep that affection from turning into misinformation.
That is the standard for every future card: real participants, real release date, real official upload, and no borrowed credit just because the larger history feels emotionally connected.
