Videoland and Yahoo Taiwan connected her early dance training to Kaohsiung’s Apple Family children’s street-dance studio. That background matters because it gives context to the skill INNIT chose to reveal first. Baby did not appear in the Side A rollout as a blank slate whose only trait was being pretty in white clothes. She already had years of movement training, performance awareness and local attention before entering the Korean system.

Some Taiwanese coverage also describes childhood modeling or social-media visibility. Those reports help explain why older photos and clips circulate, but they do not mean every reposted account or childhood image is an official source. The useful, verifiable point is simpler: she trained in dance from a young age and was known in Kaohsiung performance circles before her Korean debut path became public.

The reported training path

Taiwanese media reported that Baby previously trained under HYBE’s Source Music before moving into the system that produced OURBIRTHDAY. Neither Source Music nor INNIT has published a detailed trainee timeline, so this should be treated as reported history rather than an agency-confirmed résumé line. The distinction is not nitpicking. K-pop profiles often turn one repeated article into a permanent fact, then every later profile cites the earlier profile instead of the original reporting.

What is visible is that Baby arrived at INNIT with unusually polished performance habits for a newly introduced idol. She keeps her shoulders and hands controlled through quick transitions, knows when to sharpen a line for the camera, and does not let facial expression disappear while concentrating on choreography. Those are learned habits. Whether every part came from Source Music, a Taiwanese studio, INNIT training or years of personal practice is not yet documented.

Joining OURBIRTHDAY

OURBIRTHDAY is a seven-member girl group under INNIT Entertainment. The rollout divided the members into Side A and Side B before bringing the full team together. Side A introduced Baby, Cho Hyejin and Achiraya. Side B later revealed the remaining four members. The structure turned the debut into a sequence instead of dropping seven unfamiliar faces into one poster and expecting everybody to memorize them by dinner.

Korean outlet OSEN described the HUNGRY title as a metaphor for the members’ hunger for the stage. That concept fits Baby particularly well because dance is the clearest part of her public file. Her early reveal did not need a paragraph announcing that she was “the dancer.” The choreography and individual footage made the argument.

The official INNIT site labels July 22, 2026 as the group’s pre-debut release date rather than the final full-group debut. That wording matters for timelines. Baby’s public music career begins with the Side A release, while the group’s complete debut story continues through the later rollout. CVM Sekai will update the profile when INNIT confirms the formal full-group debut date and permanent positions.

HUNGRY (Side A)

HUNGRY (Side A) was released on July 22, 2026. The unit placed Baby beside Cho Hyejin and Achiraya, giving the first three members a focused performance introduction before the entire group arrived. KStation’s photo coverage emphasized the minimalist industrial setting and white styling. The clothes were restrained enough that posture, eye line and individual presence had to do the work.

INNIT’s Japanese release page highlighted the unit’s performance strength and dynamic staging. The visual strategy was smart. Baby’s sharpness reads clearly against a sparse background, while the three-member configuration makes it easier to see how each performer handles the same movement. She does not dance as if maximum force is the only proof of talent. Her control is the interesting part: she knows where a gesture ends, and she lets the next one begin cleanly.

The Side A rollout also avoided giving fans a giant biography before there was music to attach it to. That creates an information gap, but it is better than a company manufacturing trivia. Baby’s profile can grow through releases, interviews and credits instead of filling the empty spaces with rumors.

Dance, expression and camera work

Dispatch’s DIPE coverage singled out Baby’s dance skill. That matches the footage. She is quick without looking rushed, keeps her center stable, and understands that a close-up needs a different amount of expression from a full-body formation. Her movements are legible. Even when the choreography becomes busy, the shape of the move does not disappear into speed.

She also has a useful contrast between a soft resting face and more decisive performance expressions. The change helps her register when the camera reaches her. INNIT has not published permanent position labels, so CVM Sekai does not call her “main dancer” as an official fact. Fans can reasonably describe dance as her clearest demonstrated strength. The official position should wait for the company or group to state it.

Current status in 2026

As of August 2026, Baby is an active OURBIRTHDAY member under INNIT Entertainment. She participated in HUNGRY (Side A) and remains part of the seven-member group’s continuing rollout. She is not routed to the CVM Sekai Artists shelf because no verified solo release exists. Being talented, popular or individually recognizable does not automatically make a group member a solo artist on this site.
