Why Yedam matters
Yedam is the maknae, but his résumé is not baby-sized. He arrived in ONE PACT after two survival programs and years of dance training, which is why he rarely looks like the youngest person trying to keep up.
Before ONE PACT
He competed on SBS’s LOUD in 2021 and later trained under P NATION. In 2023 he joined Boys Planet, finishing thirty-sixth. He also studied practical dance at the School of Performing Arts Seoul. Before idol training took over, he played trombone and loved soccer. That musical background matters because he hears rhythm as more than choreography counts.
What Yedam does inside the group
Yedam’s job inside ONE PACT is movement plus vocal support, but he is particularly useful when a song needs quick energy without turning frantic. His dancing is clean, athletic, and comfortable in formations. Vocally, he helps connect Jay’s larger peaks to the group’s rap-heavy texture. He has the kind of stage face that reads as focused until one grin suddenly makes the whole performance younger.
