Before debut
E.Ji trained at Fantagio before debuting under KM Entertainment. She entered ICHILLIN as one of the oldest members and eventually became the leader, which fits the way she performs. She does not dance like she is waiting for the camera to approve the move. She finishes it and lets the camera catch up.
Career with ICHILLIN
As leader and main dancer, E.Ji handles both the visible and invisible work. She anchors formations, carries transitional choreography, and often establishes the tone before the song has properly introduced itself. In the XL video, she opens the story holding a lemon. It is a tiny prop, but it tells you immediately that the comeback plans to be bright, tart, and a little silly.

KM Entertainment released E.Ji’s individual profile film on August 1, 2021 as part of the first wave of ICHILLIN member introductions. The clip predates “Got’Ya” and provides a direct first-party marker for the stage name and debut lineup. KBS World later identified her as the group’s leader.
That leadership role sits beside, not above, her performance job. She debuted as one of the oldest members in a seven-person team with limited pre-debut public history. Keeping rehearsals, introductions and stage transitions coherent was part of building the group identity from scratch.
Leadership as repeatable work
Leader is often treated as a personality badge, but the useful evidence is procedural. E.Ji anchors greetings, helps the group reset after mistakes and carries responsibility for how seven separate members appear as one team. Small-company groups cannot assume a large staff will solve every communication gap before the camera turns on.

Member profile, not an invented solo career
E.Ji has personal social accounts and individual performance footage, but CVM Sekai has not verified a formally released solo music catalog under her own billing.
