Before tripleS
She was born in Mia-dong, Gangbuk, Seoul, South Korea. Chaeyeon is a former member of Busters β and CutieL. Her favorite foods are thinly sliced beef brisket and fruits. Chaeyeon likes Lauv’s songs.
tripleS career
Kim ChaeYeon is S4 (ATOM 01) in tripleS, MODHAUS’s rotating 24-member group. The number is reveal order, not a ranking. Members move through full-group releases and smaller Dimensions selected through the Cosmo voting system.
Her recorded unit and debut trail includes ASSEMBLE.
Child performer and group history
Kim Chaeyeon entered entertainment before tripleS through child acting, CutieL, and Busters. Those credits belong to her pre-tripleS biography rather than being treated as if she debuted from nowhere in 2022. Busters gave her earlier experience with recordings, music shows, and idol schedules, while her screen work made camera awareness familiar long before the S4 reveal.
Earlier group activity should remain clearly separated from her tripleS discography. A Busters release is not a tripleS song, and neither catalog becomes a solo career. Her long public history is useful because it shows adaptation across very different group concepts and management systems.
S4 reveal and Acid Angel from Asia
MODHAUS introduced Chaeyeon as S4 in June 2022. The S number records reveal order, not rank. She joined the first four revealed members and later became part of Acid Angel from Asia, the first fan-selected tripleS Dimension to release music. The unit debuted in October 2022 with ACCESS and “Generation.”
“Generation” is a key point in her tripleS timeline because it predates the first ten-member ASSEMBLE release. The unit demonstrated how the Dimension system could create a complete musical identity from a portion of the roster while every member remained part of the larger group.
Full-group and later unit work
Chaeyeon participated in tripleS’s 2023 ASSEMBLE project and the title track “Rising,” then in the completed 24-member ASSEMBLE24 era and “Girls Never Die” in 2024. Later full-group activity and Dimensions should be added chronologically so the page reflects actual participation instead of collapsing every tripleS release into one undifferentiated list.
Large formations make short individual moments easy to underestimate. Her value is clearer across full stages, dance practices, SIGNAL episodes, and smaller-unit performances. Experience from Busters and acting helps her remain readable on camera even when the full group contains two dozen members.
Performance and content identity
Chaeyeon combines a bright public manner with extensive on-camera experience. In tripleS content she can communicate quickly without forcing every moment, while performance material shows how she adjusts from a four-member Dimension to full-group choreography. The comparison between “Generation,” “Rising,” and “Girls Never Die” is the best starting point.
YouTube tracking history
This profile tracks official tripleS, Acid Angel from Asia, full-group, dance-practice, SIGNAL, and member-focused uploads featuring Kim Chaeyeon. It also keeps earlier Busters material in a separate pre-tripleS chapter. View totals change continuously, so the page records official uploads and career context instead of freezing temporary counts.
