Before tripleS

She was born in Hwanggeum-dong, Suseong-gu, Daegu, Gyeongsangbuk-do, South Korea. She appeared in the web drama 비트윈어스. Her nickname is RiNe. She trained at P NATION for 3 years (2019-2021).

tripleS career

Jeong HyeRin is S2 (ATOM 01) in tripleS, MODHAUS’s rotating 24-member group. The number is reveal order, not a ranking. Members move through full-group releases and smaller Dimensions selected through the Cosmo voting system.

Her recorded unit and debut trail includes Acid Angel from Asia <ACCESS>.

S2 and the beginning of the tripleS system

Jeong HyeRin was revealed on May 17, 2022 as S2, the second member introduced in tripleS’ numbered system. Her reveal came early enough that she helped teach viewers what an S number, a Signal, a Haus, an Objekt, and a fan-selected Dimension were supposed to mean before the project had a large discography.

S2 is her reveal order, not a rank. The “ATOM 01” label seen in early material is part of tripleS’ internal reveal language rather than a separate group name. HyeRin remains one person across full-group work, Acid Angel from Asia, ACID EYES, LOVElution, Visionary Vision, and the Sun combination.

The directory uses 2023 as her group-debut year because tripleS formally debuted with the first ten members on ASSEMBLE. Her pre-debut Signals and 2022 unit work still belong in the chronology.

Before tripleS: dance training and child acting

HyeRin was born on April 12, 2007 in Daegu, South Korea. Before MODHAUS introduced her, she had trained in dance and accumulated child-acting experience. Public records also connect her to P NATION’s trainee system before tripleS.

Acting experience affects idol work in practical ways. A performer who has already repeated scenes for a camera understands continuity, marks, facial control, and the difference between natural reaction and readable screen expression. Those skills became useful in a project built around frequent Signals and close-up video diaries as well as conventional music stages.

Her pre-debut history should remain limited to documented credits and statements. Unverified school, family, or trainee rumors do not become facts because several profile sites repeat them.

Acid Angel from Asia and “Generation”

HyeRin debuted first through Acid Angel from Asia with Kim YooYeon, Kim NaKyoung, and Gong YuBin. The unit released Access on October 28, 2022, led by “Generation.” Its Y2K-influenced visual language, understated hook, and city-pop-adjacent cool introduced tripleS to listeners before the first ten-member album.

Acid Angel from Asia was selected through the group’s Gravity system. Early promotional language around sales targets and unit continuity created understandable confusion, but the unit’s place in the catalog remains clear: it was HyeRin’s first official recording configuration and one of tripleS’ defining early releases.

Her performance in “Generation” established the combination of clean dance lines and direct camera expression that would later make her a logical choice for a dance-centered Dimension.

ASSEMBLE and the first ten-member group debut

tripleS formally debuted as a ten-member group on February 13, 2023 with ASSEMBLE and “Rising.” HyeRin had already experienced a four-member release, but the larger formation required different spacing and faster exchanges of visual focus.

“Rising” consolidated the project’s first phase. It showed that the group name could hold multiple prior units without erasing them, and that S numbers could function as permanent member identifiers even while Dimensions changed.

For directory purposes, this is why HyeRin’s main tripleS tenure is shown as 2023–present. The 2022 Acid Angel from Asia debut is listed separately rather than forcing two different start dates into one status line.

ACID EYES and LOVElution

In 2023, HyeRin participated in ACID EYES, a crossover project connecting Acid Angel from Asia and +(KR)ystal Eyes material. She also promoted in the eight-member Dimension LOVElution, whose album was led by “Girls’ Capital.”

LOVElution expanded her experience from an intimate four-member unit to a mid-sized team capable of international touring. The songs balanced tripleS’ light melodic identity with more mature confidence, while the lineup gave each member more room than the later twenty-four-person formation.

These assignments should be attached to HyeRin’s profile and to tripleS, not converted into duplicate person pages. A rotating unit is a real release credit, but it is not a new human identity.

ASSEMBLE24 and “Girls Never Die”

All twenty-four members gathered for ASSEMBLE24 on May 8, 2024. The title track “Girls Never Die” turned the group’s completed lineup into a working performance system and delivered its first major music-show win.

HyeRin entered that full-group era with more institutional memory than most members. She had lived through the first Haus content, early Gravity votes, the first Dimension debut, the ten-member assembly, and international unit promotion. That experience made her valuable beyond the number of seconds assigned in one song.

Large formations reward discipline. HyeRin keeps transitions compact, hits accents clearly, and preserves expression even when she is building the visual frame around another center.

Leading Visionary Vision

In 2024, HyeRin became the leader of Visionary Vision, tripleS’ twelve-member dance-focused Dimension. The unit released Performante with “Hit the Floor,” emphasizing synchronized movement, sharp rhythm, and a tougher visual language than several earlier releases.

Leadership here is specific to Visionary Vision. tripleS does not need to be rewritten as though HyeRin permanently leads all twenty-four members. Her responsibility was to help this particular twelve-member team organize practice, communication, and stage cohesion.

The appointment also recognized a real career arc. S2 had moved from one of the first members learning tripleS’ system in public to a performer trusted to stabilize its largest unit at that time.

ASSEMBLE25 and the Sun unit

HyeRin returned with the full group for ASSEMBLE25 and “Are You Alive” in 2025. The era demonstrated that twenty-four-member promotions were not a one-time completion event. They could recur while Dimensions continued between them.

She was also assigned to Sun within the msnz project. The lowercase project name groups the moon, sun, neptune, and zenith combinations. Sun is a tripleS unit, not an unrelated permanent act, and its releases and stages remain connected to the parent group.

Her unit list is therefore chronological rather than competitive: Acid Angel from Asia, ACID EYES, LOVElution, Visionary Vision, and Sun each reveal a different scale or performance emphasis.

Performance file: why HyeRin reads clearly

HyeRin is most often discussed as a dancer, but “good dancer” is too vague to archive. She uses controlled stops, clear shoulder and arm lines, and facial expressions that remain legible without overwhelming the choreography. Her acting background helps her sustain a concept across multiple camera cuts.

Her vocal parts tend to be placed inside tripleS’ lighter melodic blend. The useful question is not whether she has the loudest or longest line. It is how her tone bridges sections and how her physical phrasing changes the energy around those lines.

Compare “Generation,” “Rising,” LOVElution stages, “Girls Never Die,” and “Hit the Floor” to see the progression. The sequence moves from an early four-member camera environment to leadership inside a twelve-member dance unit.

Cosmo, Gravity, and evidence

tripleS fans use the Cosmo platform and Objekt collectibles to participate in defined Gravity votes. Those votes can help select Dimensions, title tracks, or other project decisions. HyeRin’s career is inseparable from that system because Acid Angel from Asia and later combinations emerged from it.

Fan participation is not company management. MODHAUS remains responsible for contracts, safety, schedules, training, and the options placed before voters. A profile should celebrate the participatory design without suggesting that collectors personally control the members.

Official Gravity result pages, MODHAUS announcements, album credits, and group channels are stronger sources than cropped result screenshots or unsourced unit charts.

My Secret New Zone and 2026 activity

In 2026, tripleS brought full-group and msnz material into the My Secret New Zone concert cycle. The Asia tour began in Taipei on February 28, allowing HyeRin to move across complete-group songs, established unit history, Visionary Vision performance material, and the newer Sun configuration.

Concert work is a meaningful part of her record because it tests endurance and transition discipline in ways that edited music-show stages do not. A member may change formations, costumes, and performance roles repeatedly within one program.

Name and search clarity

Her name appears as Jeong HyeRin, Jeong Hyerin, and Jeong Hye-rin. The Korean spelling is 정혜린. S2, tripleS HyeRin, and Visionary Vision HyeRin are identifiers for this same performer.

The directory title keeps the official group association visible as Jeong HyeRin (tripleS). It should not be confused with Haerin of NewJeans, Jeong HaYeon of tripleS, or unrelated actors with similar romanized names.

August 2026 status checkpoint

As of August 12, 2026, Jeong HyeRin remains a current member of tripleS under MODHAUS. Her directory tenure is 2023–present. She is S2, a former child actress, an Acid Angel from Asia, ACID EYES, LOVElution, and Sun participant, and the leader of Visionary Vision.

Current status and unit rosters should be verified through MODHAUS, tripleS official channels, Cosmo announcements, album credits, and dated concert notices. Fan databases may assist discovery, but the official record controls the profile.

YouTube tracking history

CVM Sekai tracks tripleS and MODHAUS official channels for full-group releases, Dimension music videos, SIGNAL episodes, performance films, dance practices, and clearly credited HyeRin content. Group and unit releases remain connected to the relevant group pages and this canonical member profile. They do not create an Artist classification without a formal solo music release.
