The profile
Why the rabbit hole starts here
Kam enters as the sick elder who opens his home to strangers. The rabbit hole gets bigger when the household reveals itself: every adult son and daughter is adopted, because Kam turned the life he thought had ended into shelter for everyone else who had nowhere to go.

At his deathbed he still believes he failed Brigit. Hestia carries the answer that lets him die knowing the goddess loved him then and loves him still.
