Sung Hanbin

Birth name: Sung Hanbin (성한빈)
Born: June 13, 2001
From: Cheonan, South Chungcheong, South Korea
Role: Leader, vocalist, main dancer, visual
BOYS PLANET: 2nd on BOYS PLANET
Status: Current ZEROBASEONE member
Before ZEROBASEONE
Before idol life, Hanbin trained in waacking and tutting, worked as a backup dancer, and studied K-pop performance. That history matters. He did not arrive on BOYS PLANET as a blank trainee waiting for a company to invent him. He already understood musical texture, camera angles, and how a dancer makes another performer look better.
Career
He became the signal-song center for “Here I Am,” finished second, and was chosen as ZEROBASEONE’s leader. He later served as an M Countdown MC and built a reputation for calm hosting, careful speech, and the sort of leadership that looks gentle until you notice how consistently the room follows him.
What Sung Hanbin brings to the music
Hanbin is a precision performer, but he is not sterile. His hands finish shapes, his torso stays musical, and his face knows when a chorus needs joy instead of another smolder. Vocally, he often connects sections rather than treating every line like an audition.
Fandom file
He is called Hamnyang by fans, has a habit of making people feel visibly included, and can turn competitive without losing the kindergarten-teacher smile. The duality is hilarious.
