VIXX debuted as six in 2012 and currently continues as N, Leo, Ken and Hyuk. The exact “AMNESIA” comeback features Leo, Ken and Hyuk only.

The current four
VIXX currently consists of N, Leo, Ken and Hyuk. Hongbin left in August 2020 and Ravi left in April 2023. The 2026 official fan-concert recap documents the four current members together.

Voice, Visual, Value
The name means “Voice, Visual, Value in Excelsis.” VIXX spent the 2010s making that extravagant phrase credible through concepts in which sound, body, costume, prop and story pursued the same argument.

MyDOL
Jellyfish formed the original six through the 2012 reality program “MyDOL.” Viewer selection belongs to the origin, while edited rankings and character beats do not become permanent verdicts after twelve years of work.

SUPER HERO
VIXX debuted May 24, 2012 with N, Leo, Ken, Ravi, Hongbin and Hyuk. Exact debut-era Reacts and profiles must preserve that six-person credit even though the group now has four.

The concept-dol title
VIXX earned the “concept-dol” reputation by integrating songs and visual systems rather than changing costumes around interchangeable pop. Vampires, doubles, voodoo control, cyborg grief, myth and scent each demanded different movement and vocal choices.

On and On
The vampire era showed how makeup, choreography and a relentless hook could make supernatural appetite physical. The point was not merely fangs; it was a group learning to perform one emotional logic together.

hyde
The split-self story turned internal conflict into asymmetrical body language and theatrical expression. VIXX made transformation visible before expensive lore films became an industry default.

Voodoo Doll
The 2013 body-horror file pushed manipulation imagery far enough to require broadcast edits. Its endurance comes from coherent music and movement, not from the shock prop alone.

Eternity
Clocks and memory loops made lost love mechanical. That theme creates a direct conceptual ancestor for “AMNESIA,” where memory again becomes something the body cannot control cleanly.

The cyborg tragedy fused electronic production with grief. Performers made metal and memory emotionally legible, proving science-fiction visuals could deepen a pop ballad instead of merely decorating it.

Desire and restraint became the full visual grammar of the 2015 album. Styling drew headlines, but the lasting craft lies in how vocals and choreography manage tension without releasing everything at once.

Hongbin’s 2020 departure
Jellyfish announced that Hongbin left VIXX and the group would continue as five. His completed performances remain credited through the departure date; future group files stop routing to him.

N outside Jellyfish
N left Jellyfish as an individual artist in 2020 and pursued acting under another agency while remaining VIXX’s leader. Company contract and group membership are separate relationships.

Hyuk outside Jellyfish
Hyuk ended his individual Jellyfish contract in 2022 while explicitly retaining his VIXX identity. Leo and Ken later moved individual management as well, leaving group coordination distinct from personal agency work.

Ravi’s 2023 departure
Ravi left VIXX in April 2023 after the military-service evasion case became public. His extensive songwriting, production and VIXX LR work remains in the historical credit map; post-departure files do not route to him.

This case supports a separate documented Rant because public duty, celebrity access and brokerage are systemic questions with official records. The editorial should not become gossip, stan warfare or a shortcut for deleting credited work.

Gonna Be Alright
Leo, Ken and Hyuk released the January 2023 single while the larger membership situation was changing. The three-person cast foreshadowed the configuration that would later record “CONTINUUM.”

CONTINUUM
The fifth mini album arrived November 21, 2023 after more than four years without a VIXX album. Leo, Ken and Hyuk participated; N remained a member but did not join the comeback schedule.

AMNESIA is three
The exact RealVIXX video r58zujy-71s contains Leo, Ken and Hyuk. Its React routes to those three profiles and the group hub, not N, Ravi or Hongbin.

The date
“AMNESIA” released November 21, 2023 and the React publishes November 23. The two-day offset keeps the archive contemporaneous and satisfies the one-to-three-day rule.

The sound
A guitar loop coils around dreamy R&B, elastic bass and distorted vocal textures. The arrangement sounds seductive and unstable, matching a lyric that treats remembered love as voluntary haunting.

The body
Three-person choreography exposes tension through clean triangles, extensions and controlled restraint. With no large formation to hide inside, every transfer of weight becomes part of the concept.

N’s absence is not departure
Official comeback reporting stated that N would not participate. Later four-member fan events and the 2026 concert cycle document continued membership. His profile intentionally has no “AMNESIA” card.

Case No. VIXX
The February 2026 fan concert reunited N, Leo, Ken and Hyuk in an official four-member event. The recap supplies current visual evidence for the hub and proves VIXX remained more than a three-person 2023 recording configuration.

The current problem
The group has four members across separate individual management arrangements. Future releases depend on coordination, not one company calendar, which makes official evidence and dated language essential.

N is the leader, vocalist, dancer and an established actor. His choreography and concept interpretation helped define VIXX’s early physical language, while acting work remains a separate credit path.

Leo
Leo is a main vocalist, songwriter, solo artist, musical-theatre performer and half of VIXX LR. “AMNESIA” places his restrained intensity at the center of a smaller formation.

Individual management handles acting, solo music, theatre and personal schedules, while VIXX activity requires coordination across those offices and the group’s official infrastructure. That arrangement can slow releases without dissolving the membership.

Official translations and subtitles make long-form group history easier to follow internationally. Local summaries can guide readers but cannot replace Korean phrasing, humor or context, especially around sensitive departure announcements.
