Johanna Lindsey

Nine of these fourteen are Malorys. The other five are scattered across four separate worlds, including two that are not Regency England at all.

What is here

Fourteen titles, one dominant family

The shape here is the clearest on the whole shelf: find the Malorys, read nine of them, then take single books from elsewhere in the catalog. That is how most Lindsey readers end up, and the nine Malory titles already have their own hub.

What this page adds is the other five, which are easy to lose because each sits alone in a different series.

Worth knowing

Lindsey did not stay in the ballroom

It is easy to read the Malorys and conclude this is a Regency author. She was not, particularly. Across her career she wrote the American West, Viking historicals, and even science fiction romance, and two of the five books above sit outside the Regency entirely.

That matters for anyone working through this shelf in order: the non-Malory titles here are not more of the same thing in a different house. They are different books.

Nothing here has been read directly for this page. Series membership and numbering come from the shelf record and standard bibliographies. The note on range reflects the author’s published catalog generally, not a claim about which category each of the five titles above falls into. That was not verified per title and is not asserted. No biography is included; this hub is a record of what is on the shelf.
