Leeseo combines her surname Lee with the final syllable of Hyun-seo. Her birth name may be romanized Lee Hyunseo, Lee Hyun-seo or Lee Hyeon-seo.

From child model to IVE
Before becoming an idol trainee, Leeseo worked as a child model. She later joined Starship Entertainment and was introduced as IVE’s sixth and final revealed member in November 2021.
She debuted at fourteen with “ELEVEN.” That age is important context, not a personality. Much of her early career happened while she was still completing ordinary school requirements alongside recording, rehearsals, travel and public promotions.
